With over 25 years of teaching experience — including her recent role as Head Teacher — Nicole has drawn on her deep understanding of education to develop the Mentor Program.
Designed with a strong focus on student outcomes, this 8-week program provides a structured, step-by-step guide for alumni and industry experts to mentor students through real-world design projects.
Nicole holds both First Aid and CPR Certificates plus Working With Children checks.

ArT DIRECTOR
With over 25 years of experience in design and advertising, Steve has built and led a successful creative studio delivering everything from TV commercials to brand identities and large-scale campaigns.
His passion for meaningful design now extends into education, where he co-developed the Mentor Program — an 8-week, hands-on experience that connects students with alumni and industry professionals to guide them through real design briefs.
Steve brings a unique blend of industry insight and creative direction to help students learn by doing and creating work they can be proud of.
